Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel an order that has not yet been shipped from “My Orders”  sections of our website. Or, you can send a request to hello@morilife.in. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the return policy mentioned below will be applicable.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Please send a request to hello@morilife with a suitable snapshot and video of unboxing in which the AWB no. is clearly shown, and after checking the valid proofs, we will give you a refund or you can apply for a replacement request.

The refund will be initiated in 24-48hrs from the day the return has applied for the product.

Bulk Orders:

We welcome bulk orders, and our dedicated team at bulk@morilife will be more than happy to assist you with your bulk order needs. Please note that shipping fees may apply for bulk orders, and the actual fees will be specified at the time of purchase. We may also waive or reduce shipping fees for bulk orders over a certain amount or for certain promotional offers.
